Responsibilities for this Shipping Dispatcher job include:

• Scheduling deliveries and dispatching delivery drivers on a timely basis

• Ensuring that that the right product is delivered to the right customer order with precision, speed and courtesy

• Mapping out routes for deliveries that are as efficient as possible

• Tracking and analyzing quality of delivery service

• Overcoming roadblock problems for customers and chart effective solutions

• Experience with loading and unloading processes



Qualifications:

• Must have prior forklift experience/certification

• Ability to quickly learn layout of plant

• Experience with our customer base would be an asset

• Passion for delivering customer care

• Be quality and detail oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff at all levels and in a team environment

• Motivated team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Self-Motivated, strong sense of urgency, organized, detail-oriented, solid judgment



We have openings on the second shift (Monday - Friday)



Pay for this position is starting at $12/hr-$15/hr BOE plus overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
