Volt is immediately hiring for a Key Account Specialist in Rumsford, RI.As a Key Account Specialist you will:

• Oversee 20-25 key customer accounts
• Work with cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, engineering and production)
• Track customer orders; forecast delays
• Review customer contracts, net terms, and pricing This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing customer service or account management experience
  • Familiar with SAP or has worked with similar ERP system
  • Strong communication skills to work between multiple departments
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
