2) Monitoring contractor performance work on facilities, systems and infrastructure of complex technical nature to include utilities systems (electrical, water, sewer, wastewater), industrial HVAC and controls, fire protection, rounds maintenance, waste disposal, pest management, custodial, etc.; 3) Monitoring operations to determine if work schedules are being followed by contractors; 4) Ensuring contractors follow the proper safety principles, practices, regulations, and standards applicable to the base operations support functions;
