**Candidates must be able to work on W2, no C2C at this time**Hybrid Work Schedule: -2-3 days onsiteLocation: -Charlotte, NCTEKsystems is looking to hire a M365 Application Support Analyst at one of our top financial clients. Candidates will be working on their Infrastructure and Production Services team providing application support for .NET applications. Successful candidates will have experience with M365 in a .NET based application environment. Candidates must also have experience with PowerShell scripting. Please apply if interested in hearing more datils. * Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based server automation applications, including web servers, application servers, and database servers* Develop and maintain automation scripts (basic .NET, PowerShell)* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues* Perform system backups and disaster recovery operations* Create and maintain system documentation* Install and configure software applications* Monitor and analyze system logs* Work with component support teams (e.g. Data Base, Voice/Data Network and Storage) to coordinate activities for remediation of issues* Work within the Bank's ticketing system (currently Remedy) for entering, updating, and closing incident tickets* Escalate to appropriate teams and vendors* Perform various housekeeping functions on room systems/ infrastructure (e.g. daily health checks), Splunk monitoring, email monitoring for new issues, etc.* Serve in an "On call" rotation.
