Job ResponsibilitiesJob Description: - Position and assemble parts according to work instructions.
- Measure parts to specified tolerances.
- Record parts in ERP system as required.
- Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws.
- Complete tags for nonconforming or scrap parts.
- Clean, assemble, disassemble, and replace parts as required.
- Ensure that glass is clean and free from smudges, debris, particulates and grease.
- Use chemicals, adhesives, solvents, lubricants, epoxies, paints, and ink, as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Ensure inventory of supplies such as: cotton swabs, toothpicks, alcohol, acetone, glues, and adhesives, cleaning wipes paints and other supplies as necessary.
- Keep production supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to work assignments.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ability to work with small electronic parts.
- Ability to paint various small parts.
- As required package optics and accessories as required by the Bill of Materials.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Print identifier on completed work as required.
- Responsible to keep track of time used, as well as clocking in and out daily. Job RequirementsPosition Requirements:
