Acra Lending is hiring for Account Executives for our Irvine, CA office!This position is responsible for developing a plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals.Responsibilities:--- Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing--- Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard--- Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business--- Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts--- Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals--- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline--- Other duties as assignedCredentials and Experience Required:--- Sales Executive experience is required--- Mortgage experience strongly preferred--- Current and non-restricted driver's license and adequate car insuranceKnowledge and Skills Required:--- Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate,marketing, sales, or equivalent. Preferred but not required--- High school diploma recipient--- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint,etc.--- Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc.--- Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skillsBased upon location, experience, education, and qualifications, AE's make a base of $24,840- $27,600 annuallyPhysical Demands*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:--- Sit for extended periods of time--- Move about the office (stand and walk)--- Reach with arms and grasp with hands--- Perform tasks using a computer and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor)--- Hear, talk, read, and write--- Employee is occasionally required to:--- Lift up to 25--- Vision requirements include:--- Close vision (computer monitor, paperwork)* To perform the duties of this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform responsibilities and each essential duty satisfactorily.
