Job Title Product Director, Digital Channels Job Posting Title: Product Director, Digital Channels What does a successful Product Director of Digital Channels do at Fiserv? Fiserv is a world-class data and analytics organization delivering the next generation of powerful data insights and decisioning solutions to financial institutions, fintech, consumer/business credit bureaus, government agencies and merchants. -As a successful Product Director of Digital Channels, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers best-in-class software solutions to enable our clients to communicate quickly and effectively to their consumers. In this role you will ensure our solutions meet our clients' specific needs while maximizing revenue and improving operational efficiency through the commercialization of our communication product suite. What you will do: You will be responsible for participating in, tracking, and managing the full lifecycle management of our Communications products, from requirements writing through crafting executive-level updates on product progress toward objectives. - Provide in-depth walkthroughs of our digital communication journeys for new and existing clients.
- Understand in the intricacies of our product's technical aspects, including client application onboarding and API integration.
- Manage multiple client priorities and maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
- Assist clients, digital providers and internal implementations teams in troubleshooting and the adoption of our suite of communication products.
- Lead technical product teams through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products
- Assist in establishing a shared vision across the organization by building consensus on communication strategies and priorities leading to product execution.
- Enhance communication products and business processes based on industry trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders in business and technology groups to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met for cross-functional initiatives.
- Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Experience with consumer communication products, including email, in-app messaging, text messaging, preferred. What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in information science, engineering, business or a related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design operating in an Agile development environment
- 5+ years of experience in the Payments Industry
- Able to influence outcomes and people without reporting lines
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience What would be great to have:
- Knowledge and experience of product management best practices spanning product development, product management, pricing and go-to-market.
- Experience reviewing the technical components of products/applications, root cause investigations, and discovering new ways to improve product performance and processes.
- Experience with communication products, such as SMS, email, voice, and push.
- Experience communicating and managing clients in the financial services industry. Perks at work:
