The Lead Dynamics 365 Architect will take a hands-on role developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure and M365 to support corporate growth and successful client delivery. They will lead developers in creating emerging solutions to meet the demands of existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities include: Experience Dynamics 365/Dataverse Developer Work with project teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Design robust and repeatable solutions grounded in Microsoft products. Build solutions using configuration, low code, and custom development. Provide technical leadership for development teams, ensuring solutions follow technical best practices and standards. Share knowledge with pro-developers and makers. Integrate business strategy and knowledge of software capabilities into the direction for all products. Understand Power Platform and competitive low code/no code market, be able to articulate Power Platform's advantages and differentiators. Guide technology and solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects, ensuring solutions can be successfully delivered. Projected compensation range for this position is $140K - $170K. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements. At least 10 years of Microsoft focused IT development experience. At least 7 years of relevant experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM)/Dataverse development. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams. Experience managing 2 - 5 developers. Experience in designing complex common data models. Proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announced in Microsoft wave plans. Demonstrable intermediate to advanced kills with Power Apps, Power Pages, PCF Controls, Azure Functions, Azure logic apps, Azure API Management Gateway, Power Virtual Agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Power BI.
