Introduction to the team The growing Business Consulting Services practice is a collaborative group that is committed to providing superior client service through strong relationships and high value deliverables. We are currently seeking a Senior to join our team. The Senior will work on a variety of projects for clients,primarily from the Public, Non-profit, and Tribal industries served by Moss Adams.This role will focus on strategic planning, facilitation and training, and management and organization assessments. Responsibilities: Performconsultingactivitiesthatincludefacilitating work sessions,conductinginterviews,reviewingdocuments,performingavarietyof analysis, and preparing client deliverables such as findings, recommendations, and draft and final reports Presentdeliverablestoclients Workcollaborativelywithclientstounderstandcurrentbusinesspractices,identifyopportunitiesforimprovement,define new processes, and develop work session materials that meet the client's needs Supportprojectstartupactivities,suchasdevelopingprojectworkplans,budgets,andschedules,andattendingkickoffmeetings ServesasanintegralmemberofourBusinessConsultingServicesteam Travelstoclientlocationstoworkonsiteandperiodicallyattendindustryconferences Qualifications: Bachelor'sdegreerequired; Master's in MBA,MPA, or similarpreferred Minimumof2yearsofrelatedexperience,preferablyworkingwithgovernmentsornot-forprofits Experienceinstrategic planning, facilitation,organizational assessments, programevaluation,and/orsubstantivequantitative analysis Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills Ability to speak a language other than English (Spanish preferred) preferred Experience working with under-resourced community groups and/or professional or academic training related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) preferred Criticalthinkerandcreativeproblem-solver;outstandingtime,organization,andprojectmanagementskills Abletotakedirection,learnquickly,andworkindependentlytomeetprojectobjectives Abletoworkeffectivelybothaspartofateamandindependently Abletohandlemultiplepriorities,tasksandsimultaneousprojects ProficientwithMicrosoftOffice Willingnessandabilitytotravelupto30% Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
