• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
• An AICP planning professional or professional (licensed) landscape architect
• Leadership in marketing outreach and project specific business development endeavors.
• Self-motivated individual that can handle multiple projects & responsibilities while helping the firm's landscape architecture practice grow and develop.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with master planning, land use planning, zoning and entitlements, site suitability studies, density studies, design charettes, concept plans, etc.
