At Fusemachines, we not only bridge the gap between AI advancement and its global impact but also strive to deliver the most advanced technology solutions to the world. - About the Role As a Fullstack Engineer specializing in the US healthcare system, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data security, coupled with strong technical skills in the specified technologies. This is a remote, contract-based role. (not open to C2C) Qualification and Experience -
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field -
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a focus on the US healthcare system Required skills/Competencies -
Solid understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data security. -
Strong proficiency in React, Typescript and NodeJs. -
Experience with tRPC, Tailwind, Express, Nest, GraphQL, Socket.io, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB -
Experience with building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs -
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) -
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills -
Excellent communication and collaboration skills -
Passion for continuous learning and professional development -
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Nice to Have -
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) -
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) -
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines -
