  • RN - CVICU 1:2 or 1:1 -nurse to patient ratio - 36 beds Base Rate + Queue Care Add-On = Blended Hourly Rate - $2.00 Queue Care Add-On Salary Range: $32.00 - $42.00/HR - $2/hr Night Add-On 15% Night Shift Diff (Based off base rate) When calculating base rate, HR will take into account any & all prior healthcare experience Sign On Bonus: $7,500 Days & $10,000 Nights - Relocation can be paid from the sign on bonus at 100 days of employment. - RN - CVICU -Cardiac Intensive Care Unit - Education:
    • Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire.
