Our client is currently seeking a Production Manager for their manufacturing plant in Dallas, TX.Responsibilities:*Will supervise the production floor to ensure on-time production and/or delivery.*Will Train employees to produce above efficiency.*Responsible for evaluating and maintaining quality standards.*Responsible for enforcing safe work practices and good sanitation/housekeeping procedures*Responsible for keeping machines running and working efficiently while reporting and repairs that need to be completed.*Responsible for recommending any improvement in methods and equipment.Qualifications & Requirements:*Bachelor's degree is preferred*Must have 5+ years of experience as a manager or superintendent in a manufacturing facility*Formal continuous improvement experience is highly desired*Experience with KPIs and production metrics*Experience with fabrication is needed*Experience within a labor intensive manufacturing process a plus!*Experience within HVAC components or materials manufacturing is required !UI 648633 More...
