Although you are in the field 1x1 with your patient your team and manager are a phone call away, you are an integral part of an autonomous, high functioning, collaborative team where our nurses thrive. We have a thorough preceptorship and training process so our nurses feel confident and supported with ongoing learning and development sessions and support. -
In this position you will be working 3 nights a week with a pediatric client who is dependent on medical technology and is in need of 24-hour nursing care and assessment.
