Responsibilities Responsibilities: -
Lead Workday change management efforts in partnership with HCM team -
Provide project management for Workday HCM implementation, including project planning and scheduling. -
Work closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct business process analysis, and configure Workday HCM to meet client needs. -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. -
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and change control documentation. -
Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. -
Conduct regular meetings with project teams to provide updates on project status, discuss challenges, and make recommendations for improvement. -
Lead end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition to Workday HCM. -
Stay current with Workday updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients. Qualifications: -
Strong understanding of HCM processes such as HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management. -
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams. -
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -
Experience working in the public sector or with public sector clients is a plus. -
Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Qualifications Required Skills -

BS or BA degree required -
5+ years of related experience in Human Resources. -
