The Program Manager (PM) will provide Concept Development and Prototype Experimentation Support to the Mission Command Battle Laboratory (MCBL), Fort Leavenworth, KS. Provide analytical skills in support of MCBL learning objective/demands as prescribed in Army Futures Command / Future and Concept Center directives and guidance which have lead times between several weeks to several months. The PM will plan and execute major experimentation series with multiple events including Map Exercises, Seminars, Workshops, Tabletop exercises and simulation events. The PM will assign work and provide monthly feedback on status of work to the KO/COR.Essential Functions: - Presentation skills, clear and precise oral communications
- Coordinating Team responsibilities
- May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products.
- May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
- Works in conjunction with project officers to provide a final report addressing all experiment issues, develops databases that effectively archive all data captured.
- Attend planning meetings.
- Training and managing data collection.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products
Requirements: - Project Management Profession (PMP) Certification
- United States citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
Education: - BA/BS degree from an accredited university
Experience: - Experience military operator with field-grade level knowledge.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience as a team leader or program manager in support of Army or Joint requirements.
- Planning experience for complex activities equivalent to that of an annual experimentation program and major experiment or experiment series such as events that are comprised of multiple events such as workshops leading to a Simulation Experiment.
