  As a member of the Camboro team, you will support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent-by delivering an outstanding client experience-so we can provide exceptional care to every patient. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
  • Physical examinations and patient assessment
  • Anesthesia monitoring
  • Surgical preparation and assisting
  • Dentistry
  • Radiology
  • Laboratory work
  • Blood Draws
  • Catheter placement

  • Patient recovery
  • Compassionate care of our hospitalized animals In the supervisor role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
    • Serve as a mentor to technician/kennel staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
    • Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
    • Works with hospital leadership to organize tech meetings.
    • Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
    • Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
    • Provide feedback and works to develop performance improvement plans.
      The pay for this position starts at $21/hour
      **Compensation negotiable based on experience and knowledge in the field**
