The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible to the Center Administrator and provides appointment scheduling, patient registration, cashiering, answers incoming calls and performs other related clerical functions. This primary role provides front office support functions. Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST Work Location: 202 North Park Avenue, Suite 100 Apopka, FL 23703 Primary Responsibilities: -
Accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel -
Assists with the inventory and maintenance of business office supplies and the completion of business office reports -
Works daily reports, incomplete encounters, No Show reports, and other designated administrative reports according to office procedures -

Required Qualifications: -
High School Diploma/GED (or higher) -
1+ years of customer service experience -
1+ years of EMR/Data Entry experience Preferred Qualifications: -
Bilingual (English/Spanish) -
1+ years of experience in a health care setting -
Knowledge/understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding -
Experience providing customer service -
Independent means of transportation during work hours for job related tasks Soft Skills: |
