The nurse will have the opportunity to work independently with a multidisciplinary team to deliver skilled care and education in the home setting. Our staff will become a patient's advocate, while making a DIFFERENCE in the community. -

-Education/Experience RequirementsRequired:

• A graduate of an accredited institution of professional nursing.
• One year experience in a medical surgical or related setting.
  Preferred:
  • An associates or Bachelors of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience in Home Care.Licensure/Certification RequirementsRequired:
    • Current New York State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
    • Current and valid NY State Driver's License in good standing
      Preferred:
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - must receive BLS certification within six (6) weeks of hire date.
