They welcome board-certified physicians, or board-eligible physicians if they are within 2 years of their residency. This employed model offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. You will enjoy a 2- or 3-year base salary guarantee, then transitions to a productivity-based RVU model. You may also receive loan repayment, medical benefits, a 403(b), vacation time, and malpractice insurance. This position is located in Groton, midway between New York and Boston.
