A safe place to work and shop, development opportunities leading you to the career of your dreams and a culture that encourages volunteering and serving our communities.Pay Range: $74,894 - 92,869 annuallyJob Description: Your Piece of the PuzzleAs NFM's Omni Channel Business Insights Analyst II, you will develop and create new capabilities that are designed to drive the delivery and execution of key omni channel strategies.Job Duties: A Day in the Life--- Monitor: Develop, deliver, and follow up on training to be delivered by trainers for all staff affected by the implementation of new processes--- Manage: Lead efforts to grow omni channel revenue and optimize costs through market and trend analysis, historical data analysis, best practices research and more--- Plan: Establish work plans for each phase of implementation, assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority--- Assist: Partner with NFM BI Development Team to implement new data sources, data models and processes needed for analysis--- Collaborate: Serve as the go-to liaison between the merchandising business and IT to build customized insights and/or to assist on internal systems enhancementsYour work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?--- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience--- Prior retail or ecommerce experience preferred--- 4+ years of experience and/or proven level of expertise and proficiency with the following is required:--- Development with BI dashboard and visualization tools--- Working with Relational Databases such as MS SQL Server. Writing SQL scripts--- Requirements gathering and documentation.
