Wanted: A team oriented lead line cook for our fine dining restaurant. Must have experience.The Dundee Bistro, an iconic upscale restaurant located in the heart of Oregon wine country in Dundee, OR is seeking a lead line cook to join our dynamic team as we scale up operations. $25.00 per hour guaranteed minimum rate with tips included. - Follow recipes/procedures to produce consistent high quality food items
- Break down and portion meat and fish, general line set-up
- Oversee other line cooks in the performance of their duties, expedite
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Relieve Executive Chef and Sous Chef from line duties when necessaryQualifications
