- Teaches task orientated therapeutic activities per the plan of care
- Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT, OT and SLP, focused on the patient's plan of care and personal goals -
- Participate in assessments for the patient, observe deficits, and work with the OT to establish therapy goals and document progress
- Assist patient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination
