Key Role: Brings in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and cultureApplies advanced military skills or extensive te chn ical expertise, full industry knowledgeDevelops innovative solutions to complex problemsWorks without considerable direction, mentors and manages team members ensuring Army missions are fully supported and executed through the management of employees, performance to Warfighter Exercises ( WFX ) , Risk Reduction Events ( RREs ) , and steady-state activities, and work in conjunction with the clientThe Team Lead will manage personnel to ensure Army missions are fully supported to include management of employees, performance, recruiting, or discipline and any finan cia l responsibilityBasic Qualifications:--- Experience as a former Field Grade Officer
* Experience in a key developmental position at the brigade or battalion level
* Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine
* Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment
* Ability to work as a member of a larger team
* Secret clearance--- Bachelor's degree
* Graduate of Intermediate Level Education ( MEL4 ) Additional Qualifications:--- Experience as a Colonel O-6 or above
* Experience serving on a Division or Corps level staff position
* TS/SCI clearance--- Master's degree
* PMP Certification
