Perform all duties related to the Human Resources role Work with facility teams to improve the quality of work life as seen by our members and provide guidance for Best Place to work team Use the Johnsonville Way to coach 2 direct reports Create and implement the annual Affirmative Action plans for the Holton plantEducation: Bachelor s DegreeExperience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources required; Preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience leading and supporting strategic initiatives, influencing others, and driving results, required Bi-lingual (written and verbal) in Spanish and English, preferredSkills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills/ability to lead innovation and change Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Business and human resources expertise Results and action orientation
