Adecco is currently seeking experienced Material Handlers for United Plate Glass (UPG) located in Butler, PA for a long-term temporary to hire opportunity. Material Handlers at UPG are required to work with large glass product, picking and filling orders and load/unload trucks. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now!



Responsibilities for warehouse material handler roles include but are not limited to:

- Picking orders from stock inventory

- Unload, move and store variety of materials, parts, and products

- Utilize power and manual lifts as well as transfer equipment

- Store and stack materials according to supervisor instructions

- Verify/identify parts and/or materials; report shortages or damaged materials

- May also be cycle counting, doing inventory control and stocking shelves?

- Assist with broad range of warehouse tasks, utilizing forklifts, pallet movers and carts.

- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.



Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

- Must be able to stand for long period of time and consistently lift 50 pound

- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure

- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent attention to detail

- Must have experience working with forklift, pallet movers and carts

- Prior warehouse experience beneficial but not required

- At least six months of prior relevant experience is preferred within the past 24 months

- Must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check



We have openings on both the first shift and on the third shift.



Pay for this position is $9.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
