Requirements:

* Reliable transportation

* Valid NYS drivers license

* Availability to work weekends and be on call; flexability with hours is a must

* Experience with common inside/outside building maintenance, custom light welding & fabrication, heating and cooling, some light truck and small engine repairs

* Must be able to work in all weather conditions



Pay is DOE; overtime as needed
