We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a DSP, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Support individuals with meal planning and preparation, as well as feeding assistance
• Accompany individuals to appointments, community and recreational activities
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
• Assist individuals with household chores, laundry, and cleaning
• Monitor and report any changes in health, mood, or behavior to the appropriate personnel
• Implement individualized support plans and behavioral strategies
• Attend and participate in training sessions and team meetingsRequirements
