This role will provide day to day support of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) serving the Raritan CAR-T facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Provides CMMS data and metrics to stakeholders on a routine basis to drive compliance and efficiencies within the maintenance department.
• SME support for CAR-T facilities, maintenance operations and quality organizations.
• Collaborate with various project teams to develop and implement a plan assuring the appropriate equipment and systems are accurately represented and scheduled in the CMMS to assure compliance and distributed workload.
• Provide hands on training of the Maximo system to end users.
• Inputs new equipment data into the CMMS and assure consistency and compliance of data in the system.
• Supports development of CMMS reporting to align with business needs and critical metrics.
• Reviews work orders for good documentation practices before closing of orders within the system.
• Input job plans, PMs and data sheets.
• Provide support placing POs and service orders for facilities and equipment service.
• Manage POs and service order tacking, reconciliation, and the accrual process.
• Partners with project and C&Q team to plan and implement plan to enter project related system and equipment into Maximo and ready for GMP use. More...
