Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems is recruiting for a Global Franchise Operations Co-Op, located in Raritan, NJ. The Global Segment Deliver team is the strategic group that interfaces with Regional Segment Deliver, Deliver Operations, and the Ethicon and CSS Franchises across the E2E Supply Chain. Our focus is on Strategy Development, Value Identification, and E2E Supply Chain connectivity process improvements. The co-op in this role will support the Medical Devices - various initiatives and projects and should have a good understanding of Supply Chain functions their connection and impact to customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to New Product Launch continuous improvement and maintenance of current process and tools, S&OP reviews/governance, Product flow network optimization initiatives, cost/benefit analysis, process improvements opportunities and Global Dashboard consolidation of metrics and actions.
