Practices to the fullest extent of their license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Focused Care Team in collaboration and implementation of the established patients plan of care. Participates with the Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor and OB Educator in continuous performance improvement.
