Providing high quality data, analysis and presenting to the entire Executive Team, Director of Sales and the Accounting department. This is a key role to ensure our departmental teams are well informed and working together synergistically to determine and attack the highest purpose goals.Help determine effectiveness of retail and promotional activity. Input sales promotions from the Sales Director to a central promotional calendar database which includes Marketing events, Demos and other retail marketing opportunities. Measure and document Sales and Marketing promotions and report results back to the team.Analyst will work with complex data sets to determine and set competitive prices to gain market share and achieve revenue goals. Analyze retail promotions for effectiveness and recommend adjustments to depth and frequency.Report back promo results to Sales Director to ensure budgets are being met on the top and bottom line. Analyze and rationalize SKU sets at retail. Provide optimized account sku plan by retailer.General Marketing documentation and reporting duties.Work with our internal sales data and purchased syndicated SPINS data.Extracting high quality trend data from public domain resources and breaking into relevant, usable bits of information for sales and marketing campaigns, presentations, and point of sale materials.Pricing analysis and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales and ensure a competitive price point.The person who works well in this position has a line of site to become a full time brand manager.Detail oriented, effective computer spreadsheet, data mining, and database skills required.
