We are looking for:Schweid & Sons is looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our marketing team as an Associate Marketing Manager. We seek one who has a passion for digital marketing, data analysis, and driving growth through media. In this position, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting in the execution and monitoring of paid marketing campaigns, managing vendor relationships, creating media assets, and coordinating events.What You'll Do:--Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning and implementation of paid media campaigns across digital and retail media sites, as well as in-store activations.Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement adjustments to maximize ROI.Maintain ongoing reporting and formulate insights based on performance data and channel trends while also monitoring campaigns to ensure they stay within budget.Work with external agencies and vendors to maintain campaigns to optimize performance and meet marketing goals.Coordinate consumer and trade events working internally and externally ensuring timely deliveries and successful executions.Assist when needed on various one-time or ongoing marketing administrative projects.Act as backup for other marketing team members.--You are---------Passionate about Brand Marketing and Digital Advertising.Able to follow up, multitask, and manage time effectively.A team player with excellent collaboration skills.Able to act with urgency with minimal guidance at times.--You have---Education:----------Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.--Experience:----------2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role.--Skills & Competences:----------Hands-on experience developing and executing digital media plans preferably on Retail media sites like Instacart, 81.54, Amazon, etc.Well-versed in Google Ads/ analytics and other reporting sites.Event management preferred.Familiar with creating reports that can be presented to upper management.PowerPoint and Excel proficientExperience with Adobe plus or photoshopSuperior written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Organizational capability and project management.Experience in Food a plus.---- More...
