The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for facilitating Fleet order entry and scheduling, both inside and outside Vinyl Images' physical location. They deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and consistent adherence to processes and procedures.

Accomplishes results by utilizing Trello, Outlook, and QuickBooks to create and track orders, and effectively communicate with customers and VI Team members.

Their goal is to ensure customers and installers both receive a superior experience by providing personalized support handling any issues and effectively communicating during the entire process of order placement to install completion to billing.

--- Checks all completed units to ensure customer marketing is cohesive.
