OverviewWhat a GREAT opportunity! We are looking for a strong, people-focused, dynamic HR Leader as the Human Resources Director for the unique and beautiful La Quinta Resort & Club. The Human Resources Director (HRD) is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration and management of all human resources/people operations functions. The Human Resources Director serves on the Executive Committee and must be highly visible to employees throughout the resort.
