Full-time, temporary, position with full benefits and the opportunity for substantial over-time hours. The primary responsibility is to assist with daily plant operations.Key Responsibilities--- Unload chemicals, seed, and fertilizer products from commercial delivery trucks by use of forklift and properly store throughout the warehouse. --- Load company delivery vehicles with same product by use of forklift (or by hand) and deliver to customers in a timely and courteous manner.--- Monitoring and maintenance (by outside parties) of both company vehicles and material handling equipment as well as adherence to all safety protocols while operating either.--- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of facility inside and out daily.--- May assist with recordkeeping related to warehouse/inventory responsibilities.--- Additional Key Activities: Seasonally, long hours may be required.--- Miscellaneous duties such as assisting with special projects, attending training sessions, providing back-up when needed, etc.Typical EducationHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Relevant Experience--- Forklift experience is preferred.--- Knowledge of the local geography is preferred to assist in locating golf courses.--- Ability to maintain maintenance records for equipment and vehicles.--- Ability to take on dispatching and administrative duties when necessary.--- Ability to lift 50lbs multiple times throughout the day. --- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
