Must follow all department paperwork procedures as well as all verbal and/or written instructions and guidelines according to job requirements. --ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to learn and safely operate various machinery and production equipment, up to and including changing over equipmentMust be able to perform manual tasks to which support the continuous operation of production lines Must maintain simple records and paperwork related to the position Must be able to perform sanitation maintenance on all equipment required of the position Must be able to perform basic computer skills Responsible for food quality and safety--EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, required----EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS1 - 2 years previous experience in food manufacturing, preferredFlexible to work overtime in difference shifts and at times with short-notice.
