  We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our Clovis Community Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU) team! In this 60-bed unit, you will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with a close-knit team, caring for moderate to high acuity cardiac patients. You will be a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills that pays meticulous attention to detail. From overseeing day-to-day operations, to assisting in staff development and budget, to implementing and assessing care, you will be essential in ensuring an optimum level of care.
  Qualifications:
  Experience and Education Minimum Requirements
  
  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • 2 years staff RN experience in area of specialty providing a full spectrum of care in a variety of situations required
  • May substitute 2 years supervisory experience in lieu of 2 years staff RN experience
  • Experience coordinating clinical care and providing mentorship, education, and training to staff nurses.
  • Experience as a Nurse Supervisor or a similar position in an acute care hospital preferred
    Licenses and Certifications
    
    • RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
    • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
    • NATIONAL - National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role preferred
    • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required within 1-year of hire or transfer into position
    • BAC - Basic Arrhythmia Certification required within 6-months of hire or transfer into position
