Summer Enrichment Program Seasonal InstructorOverview:The Summer Enrichment Program Instructor plays a pivotal role in providing children with a safe, enjoyable, and enriching summer camp experience. This position involves planning, organizing, and leading activities to facilitate learning, socialization, and fun for campers. The ideal candidate possesses enthusiasm, creativity, and strong communication skills to foster a positive camp environment.Responsibilities: 1. Supervise campers during all activities to ensure their safety.2. Develop and implement daily schedules, lesson plans, and engaging activities.3. Collaborate with the Youth & Family Manager, site coordinator, and fellow instructors to create a cohesive camp experience.4. Enforce camp rules, policies, and procedures to maintain a structured environment.5. Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, accidents, and camper issues.6. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.7.
