Position Summary:

LPN or LVN provides care to in accordance with SVMG standards and policies; consults with RN when appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have completed an LPN or LVN Program.
1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
Must obtain CPR Certification within 90 days of hire.
Must have an active AZ or Compact LPN License.
