  UNIT SUMMARY: Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care sub-acute unit. Patients here stay anywhere from 4-8 weeks while in recovery from a variety of issues such as heart failure, diabetes, joint surgery, etc. Staff members must be compassionate, motivated and dedicated to helping others in need.
  
  
  
  JOB SUMMARY: Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  
  
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
  
  Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills
  GNA license
  BLS CPR with American Heart Association required;
  Basic computer skills required
  Experience with Hoyer lift and specialty beds Preferred
  
  
  
  
  * Hall 1 is comparable to the pace of a med-surg unit. It is a fast-paced environment that requires a professional and compassionate demeanor.
