Successful applicants in this position have experience in similar support positions, where they have gained skills managing calenders, handling mail, maintaining files, organizing conferences, ordering supplies, initiating service requests, preparing meeting minutes, and providing for the overall support of various departments. Characteristics of such applicants include proactive, self-motivated personalities, team-oriented mindsets, strong MS Office Skills, various computer software skills, and the ability to pick up on systems quickly.
