Our client is currently seeking a CONFIDENTIAL OPS Director - Small Volume/High Mix
--- Bachelor's Engineering--- Demonstrated knowledge of & exp w/contemporary advanced quality planning tools (DOE, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, ) .--- Min 10 yrs' exp in manufacturing required, including exp as line manager in a manufacturing facility with the following:
o Come in and assess the weaker points of an operation and define change
o Develop and challenge leaders
o Scope of 200+ Employeeso High mix/small volume
o Implementing automation
o Implementing New capital or technology?
o Change in supply chain efficiencies/get better reports--- Exp managing operations within TS/ISO certified processes.--- Completion of Leadership Challenge, or equity leadership development program.--- Help to see where the organization is going and be more proactive versus reactive--- Look at footprint where do we need to expand or automate manufacturing and increase output efficiently.
