Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: --- 10 months of Home Health experience is required. --- Travel experience is required. --- Experience with Epic is preferred. --- Experience with Oasis is preferred. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license prior to placement start. --- This role will require floating to multiple locations --- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role. --- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard Years of Experience Req: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience Weekend Req: 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract Is on-call Req: No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: No All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. BLS Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable. Skills Req: Start of Care, Admissions, Case Management, Recertification, Urinary Catheter Insertion / Management, Wound Care, Phlebotomy Skills, Negative Pressure Open to accommodating block schedule: No RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager Special requirements - Traveler is expected to have their own transportation - System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles Attire / Scrub Color: Any color scrubs If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.
