  Must be able to rotate and perform all positions: Pepperoni Line Operator, Gravy Operator, Brine Operator, Spice Room, Mixer Operator, Jack Driver. -Set up machines, weigh, grinding, mixing, scales and drive a jack. Set up and tear down equipmentAbility to operate the IPFS systemWork on the production line as neededCross-trained within department as neededResponsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous dutiesAlso requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scalesAbility to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for productAbility to read specsAccuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessityMust be a self-starter and have good communication skillsMust be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone -Required Qualifications -
  Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAble to lift 50lbs -Ability to work flexible hours and or shiftsMust have good basic math and reading skills -Preferred Qualifications
