Within the Automation & MRO Technical Procurement Category Team, the Category Manager Maintenance Services is responsible to define and deploy the Global Category Strategy for Procurement Category of competence. This individual will proactively manage internal and external stakeholders, communicate in a transparent and effective way, interact fairly and follow the Ferrero Ethic Code and Ferrero Code of Business.The Category Manager is also responsible to scout potential region / continental suppliers eligible to be qualified, to define and/or to manage the list of Global Partners, to manage Strategic Negotiations and to support Ferrero Strategic Automation & MRO Category Strategy roadmap with focus on implementing and/or facilitating related project streams.--Main Responsibilities:------- --MAINTENANCE SERVICES CATEGORY STRATEGY: defining, sharing and relative implementation of Maintenance Services Procurement Strategy.------- --CATEGORY STRATEGIES IMPLEMENTATION: to ensure the implementation plan for North America throughout the roadmap and targets defined at Central Level for Category of competence and additionally for related MRO, PPE & Clothes, Industrial Automation & Robotics categories.------- --CATEGORY MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGIC SOURCING: cooperates with Technical Engineering and Central Maintenance Department in the sourcing process for the category managed, ensuring the analysis, evaluation and negotiation of the offers received, proposes qualified and trustable alternatives for the specific sourcing.------- --SCOUTING: Focus on North America as far as Maintenance Service and widely related to Automation & MRO scouting activities of new suppliers and technology innovation according to Procurement guidelines and in support to Area Procurement.------- --SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: to manage Global Partners entities for Maintenance Services Category and overall to develop a stable and fruitful strategic relationship with identified Partners.------- --STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT: Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization.There will be monthly travel to the plants.--Who we are looking for:------- --Bachelor degree as minimum request------- --8+ years procurement experience------- --Experience working in matrix organization------- --Strong communication and interpersonal skills--------- --SAP procurement module and reporting--How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
