  Principal Accountabilities
  • Must be able to rotate all positions: Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler and Spice Room. Set up machines, weigh, grinding, chopper, mixing, scales and to drive a jack. Set up and tear down equipment.
  • Cross-trained within department as needed
  • Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties
  • Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales -
  • Ability to operate the IPFS syste
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Work on the production line as needed
  • Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product
  • Ability to read specs
  • Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments
    Required Qualifications
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Effective communication skills. Able to speak and write English -Preferred Qualifications
      • Preferred ability to communicate in Spanish
      • Ability to operate IPFS and SAP systems
