The position facilitates to the flow of organization information as an integral part of the hospital team.
• Answer -and -direct -incoming -facility -calls.
• Records -and -routes -telephone -and -in-person -messages -accurately, completely, and promptly.
• Takes a proactive role in resolving any patient/customer service -complaints. -Independently -identifies -concerns -in -stressful -situations -to -offer assistance in a calm demeanor.
• Respects -confidentiality -at -all -times; -follows -HIPAA -guidelines -for disclosing information.
• Maintains an accurate record of patients seen each day, personal belongings dropped off, visitation logs, etc.
  QUALIFICATIONS: -Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare setting. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills.
  EDUCATION:
  High School Diploma or equivalent required
