team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:About the Role:The Maintenance Supervisor role at the Manawa location is responsible to supervise and coordinate activities of mechanics, installers and repair operations.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Using CMMS (SAP PM) determine schedules, sequences and assignments for work activities based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders in order to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers.Audit work areas, examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules. IE-Audits include-5S, EHS, line start up, safety review.Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job skill deficiencies.Participate in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation and monitoring departmental expenditures. Requisition materials and supplies such as tools, equipment and replacement parts.Directly supervises 5 to 15 employees in the maintenance.Important Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting plant human resources needs predominantly on 1st shift with schedule flexing between all shifts occasionally required.About You:You'll fit right in if you have:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience preferred.Leadership and development skills.Willing to obtain: forklift, aerial lift, electrical certification within first 6 months.Preventive Maintenance knowledge and experience preferred.Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!Click on the "Apply" button or go directly to www.treehousefoods.com/careers to let us know you're ready to join our team!
