Troubleshoot device issues and make repairs to chromebooks, laptops, and Desktops

Configures and repairs a variety of classroom technology this includes, but not limited to, iPads,
Chromebooks, Windows 10 and 11 laptops/desktops , and other technologies used.

Modifies, and repairs computer, laptop, and Chromebook hardware and software
systems.

Picks-up and delivers devices that have been repaired or need repaired.

Provides technical assistance to systems and users working towards the resolution of operational

problems, by responding to inquiries/requests from buildings and individual employees in a timely

manner, providing concise and clear assistance and instructions.

May assist other technology team members in tasks including installing equipment and running network cabling.

Excellent skills in prioritizing inquiries and requests from end users
